Set the intelligence requirement
We define the concern, the intended decision, the information boundaries and the reporting timeframe, so the work remains relevant and proportionate.

INTELLIGENCE & TRAVEL RISK
We assess relevant, lawfully available information and explain what it means for a defined protective or operational decision, including where the evidence remains uncertain.
WHAT WE DO
Intelligence analysis is directed by a question that matters to the client. We establish what needs to be understood, evaluate the information available and relate the findings to people, locations or planned activity. The aim is useful judgement that supports action, with the strength and limitations of the assessment made clear.
We define the concern, the intended decision, the information boundaries and the reporting timeframe, so the work remains relevant and proportionate.
We assess appropriate sources, consider reliability and seek corroboration where available. Unverified claims and information gaps are distinguished from supported findings.
We identify patterns and developments relevant to the requirement, considering how they could affect the client’s exposure and which assumptions need further checking.
We present the assessment in a usable format, explaining key judgements, uncertainty and suitable review points rather than passing on unfiltered information.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Note
The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.
HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED
Findings can inform a threat assessment, protective plan, journey or event decision, helping clients consider the implications for people’s safety. Where the evidence is incomplete, the briefing helps clients understand what can reasonably be concluded and which additional enquiries or precautions would be useful.
