CORPORATE SECURITY & RESILIENCE

International Event Security

We assess event-specific safety and security risks and turn the findings into coordinated arrangements that protect attendees, support safe movement and strengthen emergency readiness.

WHAT WE DO

International Event Security:
our approach.

Event safety and security work together to protect guests, staff and contractors while supporting the event’s purpose and experience. We consider deliberate threats alongside practical safety concerns, including crowd movement, venue access and attendee welfare. Working with organisers, venue management and relevant specialists, we help integrate these considerations into a coordinated plan with clear responsibilities.

How we carry out the work.

Understand the event and its risks

We review the location, schedule, attendee profile and existing arrangements, considering security threats and safety hazards affecting guests, staff, contractors and the wider operation. The review also considers welfare and assistance needs relevant to the event.

Assess the venue and safe movement

We review arrival and departure points, access arrangements, crowd flow, service activity and principal movements. We identify areas where congestion, conflicting movements or unclear arrangements could affect safety, and coordinate recommendations with the venue and responsible event teams.

Develop an integrated safety and security plan

We agree protective requirements, access procedures, reporting routes and operational responsibilities with organisers, venue representatives and relevant providers. The plan connects security measures with event safety arrangements so teams understand their roles and how their actions affect others.

Brief teams and prepare for incidents

We connect the plan with first-aid, medical, emergency and evacuation arrangements, working with the relevant responsible teams and specialist providers. Briefings clarify how concerns are reported, who makes decisions and how teams coordinate to protect people if circumstances change.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Clear findings.
Practical next steps.

  • An event safety and security assessment with prioritised recommendations for protecting people and operations.
  • A coordinated plan covering access, safe movement, attendee welfare and agreed team responsibilities.
  • Briefing, escalation and contingency arrangements connected to the event’s medical, emergency and evacuation plans.

Note
The scope and deliverables are agreed for each engagement.

HOW THE INFORMATION IS USED

From understanding
to action.

Organisers can use the findings to refine venue arrangements, address safety and security gaps, appoint or brief providers and prepare operational teams. Clear responsibilities help security, venue, medical and event staff coordinate their actions, support attendee welfare and respond consistently when the programme or circumstances change.
